Harrow Borough manager David Howell felt his side did enough to earn a draw against Wealdstone.
Boro suffered their second defeat of the festive period after losing 2-1 at Grosvenor Vale on Monday but Howell claims there has been nothing between the two teams in their three matches this season.
Boro boss Howell said: "We have played them three times this season and there has been nothing between the sides. It could have gone either way.
"Wealdstone have managed to get the major decisions go in their way. They've been a bit more fortunate than us but it hopefully it will even out over the season.
"If we had gone on to equalise then it would have been deserved and no-one would have complained."
Boro travel to Hendon on Saturday looking to bounce back from their 3-0 home defeat to them last weekend. But Howell insists they dominated the match which saw Rocky Baptiste miss a penalty.
Howell added: "Their goalkeeper was the man of the match and we should have been three or four up. We had chance after chance and it was just one of those days. We wouldn't have scored if we were still playing now.
"It's just disappointing because we've played reasonably well over the two seasonal games but not got the results we wanted. But we have a chance to go to Hendon and put things right this weekend."
