Harrow-on-the-Hill station was shut after a stabbing at the station.
There were severe delays on the Metropolitan line due to a police investigation at Harrow-on-the-hill.
The London Ambulance Service confirmed there were reports of a stabbing.
A spokesperson said: "We were called at 10.52am today (October 20) to reports of a stabbing on Station Approach, Harrow.
"We sent an ambulance crew and an incident response officer. The first of our medics were at the scene in under three minutes.
"A person was treated at the scene for a leg injury and taken to a major trauma centre as a priority."
British Transport Police says the victim, a 16-year-old girl, is believed to be in a non-life threatening condition.
The station was shut as police investigated. There were severe delays affecting the entire Metropolitan line, but service returned back to normal at around 2.30pm.
